Oranga Tamariki
NUPE has ratified a collective agreement for general staff and a seperate managers collective. We are the lead union in residential services and a strong advocate for Family Group Conference Space, enhancing terms and conditions for all groups without leaving behind administrators and support staff.
Safety is paramount, work in this organisation can be rewarding, challenging and at times volatile, we are a strong advocate for safety. OT staff must return home safe to thier loved ones.
Department of Corrections
NUPE represents members working nationally accross Corrections. Our focus is representing those in community probation and community work.
There is a strong programme of change underway within Corrections, it is important that staff at Corrections are represented and advocated for through these change processes.
